Confidentiality & NDA
The public documentation describes MySirt’s architectural principles, Model Execution Engine, and engineering approach.
It intentionally does not expose the complete DSL, meta-model, internal engine architecture, or other proprietary assets. This protects MySirt intellectual property while still enabling meaningful technical evaluation.
Progressive Disclosure
Public Documentation
Public documentation includes architectural principles, the Execution Model, case studies, design philosophy, and operational evidence.
This documentation is sufficient to understand the MySirt architectural approach without exposing proprietary technology.
Technical Evaluation (NDA)
During a structured technical evaluation, and where appropriate under NDA, additional DSL concepts, further examples, deeper architectural documentation, and specific technical discussions may be shared progressively.
This phase does not involve complete disclosure of the proprietary technology.
Technology Transfer / Acquisition
Complete documentation, including the DSL, meta-model, internal engine architecture, generators, transfer documentation, and other proprietary assets, is made available exclusively within a formally agreed Technology Transfer or acquisition process.
NDA Framework
An NDA enables deeper technical discussion and the selective sharing of additional documentation.
It does not imply complete disclosure of MySirt intellectual property. Disclosure remains aligned with the purpose and stage of the technical evaluation.
Request Procedure
Documentation is shared progressively. The level of detail depends on the stage of the technical evaluation.
Disclosure is aligned with the evaluation objectives, including integration, partnership, licensing, or acquisition.
Intellectual Property Protection
The confidentiality strategy has two objectives: to enable serious, transparent, and professional technical evaluation, and to protect the knowledge, architecture, and intellectual property built over more than three decades of Model Execution Engine evolution.
